1. Shipping Destinations

• We offer shipping within the city limits of Hodal, Haryana, India, and surrounding areas up to a distance of 10 km from Hodal.
• Deliveries outside the 10 km radius from Hodal are not available at this time.

2. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: Free shipping is provided for all orders delivered within the city limits of Hodal.
• 1–5 km from Hodal: A flat shipping charge of 30 INR applies for deliveries within 1 to 5 kilometers from Hodal.
• 5–10 km from Hodal: A flat shipping charge of 60 INR applies for deliveries within 5 to 10 kilometers from Hodal.
• Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery address provided at checkout and will be displayed before you confirm your order.

3. Payment and Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Within Hodal: Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders delivered within the city limits of Hodal.
• Outside Hodal (1–10 km): COD is not available for deliveries outside Hodal city limits. Full payment must be completed online at the time of order placement through our secure payment methods.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Delivery Timeframe

• We aim to deliver orders within 1 day of order confirmation, provided the order is placed before our daily cutoff time (specified at checkout).
• Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or logistical challenges. We will notify you of any delays.

5. Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within a few hours of payment confirmation, provided the product is in stock.
• For COD orders within Hodal, processing begins upon order placement.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available) and an estimated delivery time once the order is processed.

6. Delivery Conditions

• Accurate Delivery Information: You must provide a correct and complete delivery address. HodalCity.com is not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
• Recipient Availability: Someone must be available to receive the order at the provided address. For COD orders, payment in cash is required upon delivery. If no one is available, the delivery may be rescheduled, and additional charges may apply.
• Verification: For high-value orders, the recipient may need to provide a signature or proof of identity upon delivery.

7. Tracking Your Order

• Where applicable, tracking information will be provided via email or through your HodalCity.com account.
• For local deliveries within Hodal and nearby areas, tracking may be limited, but our customer support team can assist with updates.

8. Non-Deliverable Orders

• If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, it will be returned to our facility.
• Customers will be contacted to resolve the issue. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
