1. Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment: You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped by contacting our customer support team.
- After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a return or refund as per our Return and Refund Policy within 1 day of delivery.
2. How to Cancel an Order
- To cancel an order, contact our customer support team at hodalcity.in@gmail.com with the following details:
- Your order number.
- A request to cancel the order.
- Alternatively, you may cancel your order directly through your HodalCity.com account (if applicable) before the order is processed for shipping.
- Cancellations must be requested before the order is dispatched from our facility.
3. Refund for Canceled Orders
- Prepaid Orders: If you have paid for the order online, a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders within Hodal, no refund is applicable as no payment is collected at the time of cancellation.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is processed.
4. Non-Cancelable Orders
- Orders for personalized or custom-made products cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
- Orders that have already been shipped or are in the process of being dispatched cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return under our Return and Refund Policy.
